Question, I am currently sitting in 5th place in my league, but I am wondering how is the draft order set? Like the worst two teams get kicked down to a lower division so how is the draft order work?

From the bottom to the top. For your league right now CCOWS #1 Draft pick, Little rock Lazers #2 Draft pick etc. But each forfeit drops the team one rank below in the draft pick.

what about new users taking over a team with forfeits? are they penalized for those?
