Does training speed differ if I do PG/SG instead of PG only or SG only?

Two Position Training

Description: Will train a maximum of six players at roughly 75-80% (estimate) of one position training. Like most things in this game, the training formula is not linear so don’t be afraid that two position training will only give you half the training of one position training.
