May I ask you how you've got one ball for this question?
I train stamina only during the all star game if I'm not in cup anymore, one/two times I trained it during the offseason. Stamina is important if you've few strong players, they can play all the game without having a big drop on the last quarter (or sooner).
Lvl 5 imho is perfect, lvl 3 probably is low but I always train the players when I've 3 matches per week, even if someone has lvl 3 stamina.
