It is my fourth season and I am still learning everyday. I would like the opportunity to lead us in our u21 campaign. Lots of respect to Coach Morwood but he said he would be stepping down as Coach. The new rule change with new teams getting good all star prospects will tip the balance of u21 training. This is what i intend to concentrate on. I have trained before and have a clear understanding of how training works. I have also researched cap levels extensively. I seek your vote and trust.
