Hey all, firstly I'd like to express my desire in applying for the U21 vacancy.
In recent times, I have devoted a lot of my time in helping both managers of the senior team and the U21 team, helping with scouting, training plans and other jobs that were needed to be done. I have no experience of managing at international level however I feel I'm ready to step up the challenge and put all my knowledge and time into continuing the great work of previous managers to make England successful at the U21 level. I also know all the current up and coming players and have been in contact with managers concerning training plans and all that, so I feel like this could be an advantage.
If possible (and successful of course) I'd like to be in charge of the U21 for two terms so I can help managers train their draftees into players who will do a job not only for the U21 team but more importantly, there own team.
I'm also a fairly active guy on the forums so I'd make sure that new managers get help and advice from all of the experienced managers around in England and if need be, create a thread on training for the U21 (I'm aware people have done this but a more up to date version could be thought about).
If anyone has any questions, then please feel free to reply and ask whatever you need/want, and I hope I have your vote.
