Statistical variance. If your team averages 75% on it's FT's it doesn't mean it can't shoot 57% for 1 game. Could be they shoot 85% the next 2 games and you're back to your average.

Also, playing low post your inside players will draw more fouls. If they're poorer shooters than your guards, then the FT% will be down.
