Hello. That's me again. Can someone explain, what is going on with players shapes..because after todays training,i'm so pissed of. For example:

Player 1 - played 71min - shape; from respectable to respectable
Player 2 - played 59min - shape; from proficient to strong
Player 3 - played 79min - shape; from proficient to strong
Player 4 - played 68min - shape; from proficient to strong

And there were some players, which i saw moving up in shape,by playing only 28min,or even much more - 118(and i don't think, that it is shape training effect or smth)..
So what do I ... have to do,to have players in best shapes. I'm in this game for about 15 seasons, but this stupid thing with shapes which lasts for about past 2 seasons...is something, where i can't find the answer..
Someone HELP(?!?). And i hope not to hear : "Possible that nobody knows precise answers to that question."

The sweet spot for minutes is still about 60, so you should be aiming to get them around that a week. The only player that might now make sense from the ones that you posted was player 2. In my experience he probably should have stayed in 9 GS, but that's just bad luck. Anything over 70 minutes a week is too much unless you are training GS. 68 is just a tad bit too many. My guess is that player 3 went from 9 GS to low 8 GS and player 4 went from 9 GS to high 8 GS, same with player 2.

I'd like to see the examples of the 28 minutes/118 minutes players but my guess is that they train GS and got lucky. If you do that on a consistent basis, however it will not work. Still aim for 60 minutes a week.
