Just wondering if there are any differences between training 1on1 for guards and 1on1 for forwards.
Any help is appreciated.

The main difference is that 1on1 for forwards trains IS in addition to the the JS, HA, and DR that both train. The total amount of the training is roughly the same, so simply put, some of the JS training is transferred to IS.

How about wingmen (90%)?

I do not train anything that is less than 100%.
I play my trainees out of position.
I don't know any figures for your question.

Well he did...just apply 90% to all his numbers and you will get your answer.

No, it isn't clear answer. It isn't obvious whether 1on1 for wingmen is equal to 90% of 1on1 for forwards or guards.

That's true, my apologies. L:)
Let me speculate though. It looks like they listed the reduction right after the regime of choice.
• For example the JS reduced training regime is listed after wingmen, therefore it is likely modelled after the wingmen regime (90% of it)
• 1v1 training should therefore be modelled as follows: Wingmen 90% of Guards and C/PF 90% of Forwards
I'd personally assume it is shaped like that, until someone else provides evidence or insight it is not the case.
