Hello. I'm GullyFoyle, England's NT manager for the last four seasons, and for the next two seasons at least, I'd like to manage New Zealand's NT.
I'm aware of the excellent job you've all done with the u21s here, and in the last two seasons Tzachi has done well with the senior squad, your ranking has risen. I think a lot of that is down to the manager choosing which fixtures to target and knowing what tactics to use. I feel my strengths are in those areas. While in D2 in England I managed to upset 5 EBBL teams in the Tournament, helping me to get to two semi finals in a row. I also often change lineups to suit the opponent, and am very difficult to use gdp against.
With the NT, while I wasn't able to leave with England higher in the rankings than when I left, I did get to the team to the consolation semi final, where I felt we were unlucky to lose to Italy in a close game. While I've been with England, I did manage to push several large nations very close, without being able to get that one special result.
I'm a regular presence on the forums (usually a pleasant one), I've written a report on every competitive England game for the last four seasons, even the disappointing ones. I reply to every bbmail I receive on the NT, and I also have a history of helping people who ask for it.
I don't really make promises about what we could acheive together, but I can promise my best effort in helping New Zealand make their presence felt in BB.
