Good morning everyone. First off, thank you so much for electing me! It is greatly appreciated, and I am deeply honored. Secondly, thank you to Mix, and a big round of applause for him. I hope to continue to build upon what he started.
With that said, we have our work cut out for us, and I need all of your help. This is what I need to help build Jamaica up where it should be.
#1, train! You guys get the draft picks. Use them! Get them the 48+ training each and every week. If you aren't going to train them, please sell them immediately. This is top priority. We get so few players to work with, we have to maximize on those that we do. Any questions, please PM me.
#2, game shape. Get your guys the 48-72 minutes each week to optimize their game shape. Players that stay 8+ have a better shot at playing each week.
#3, keep an eye on the transfer list. If you see any U21 eligible players posted, either buy and train them yourself, PM me, or post them here so we can get someone on them right away. The same goes with any teams in your leagues that are going to become bot. Let's watch out for each other.
I will be looking at a variety of players throughout the rest of the week, so you may see your guys come and go, and maybe come again. If you have someone you think should be on the team, PM me their skills right away.
