Just do what you would normally do. Its no fun if someone else chooses your tactics.

Congrats on making the playoffs! Your team will have HCA this round so I would probably go PON. If you think your team has a shot at winning your league, you should PON until the finals. If you don't think that you will win, you should use your CT to extend your playoff run as long as possible.

It's a tough call. He's got a big advantage with his C and PG, and you both look to have similar enthusiasm.
The #1 team in your conference is going to be tough for either of you to beat, since they have a couple of monster starters and seem to have been banking enthusiasm since the all star break at least. For either of you to have a shot at winning the conference finals, you'll need to go PON in this upcoming first round. However, if one of you PON's and the other POCT's, I think the POCT'ing team will win.

Just my humble opinion.

PO CT. You'll win your first game and lose your second. Don't think you can do anything (aside from your opponent getting injuries) to win that second game regardless. So make sure you win the first game so that you can get the money from the second game.

Nice to see a competitive DIV league - I didn't know those still existed.

The no.1 team in our conference's only two losses are my wins, you should definitely consider that.

Ok, but you used more enthusiasm both times, and now his best players have better game shape than your best players, and he will be playing at home. Obviously I can't see the skill sets of his and your players, but based on salaries, game shape, enthusiasm and HCA, he is favored. But if you think you can beat him under those circumstances, why worry about enthusiasm for your first game at home?
