Hi everyone.
First of all, i wanted to say thank you for trust, i will not fail. Actually, i wish there were more competitors for the position of coach and more active debate, so that elections were more democratic and users have more choice. Nevertheless, i am very happy with the victory)
I have already started to perform my duties. Now i am working on roster and scouting all players under 21 years old. There are only 18 such players, so main arrantion shoud be paid to communication with the managers that own our players. Their training is critical for NT success.
Aslo, i am going to make some researches about our opponents and tomorrow i will post a message about my thought and our chances.

Thank you for your attention.

PS: if you have any questions, advices, thoughts or other stuff, feel free to contact me. I appreciate your help and will pay attantion to your words.

Welcome on board in my country of adoption

Please push on training of every perennial allstar or beyond, or SA NT will die for not having 5 players in few seasons.... Daily, comstantly.

I will try to do my best, mate. By the way, i am the first among us to die, cause there will be no players to play with in 3 seasons(((
But if serious, i have written massages to all potential u21 members and even got some replies. The most daring was from chineese guy, who tried to explain me his training plan without knowing english, just with chineese symbols. And... he succeed! We understood each other)) It is a lot to do tomorrow and i hope i will get feedback.

I just care of NT :p

Chinese speakiing Chinese is not new (I had some with SA and Italy U21!), but my recommendation is pushing on them every two-three weeks . Managers at the end appreciate your effort and you can influence the frowth - btw, that's much more impactful on U21 than NT as in one season you can turn your team. The problem is that players with good potentialbut 19 and low skills are not trained properly: they may be not immediately helpful for U21 but critical in long term. That's where NT needs you.

I know, i care about both teams)) I spammed everybody, who has 4+ potential u21 years old SA players. Now i just have to wait and maybe repeat once again later.

Once again I chose the NT coach. :D

Don't worry for the 3 young players I have in my squad.
You could ask the Mouse. They are in safe hands. I will do my best.
Saruchera, Brocklehurst and Mandela will be trained by a lvl 6 coach all the season long.

I just went abroad on a private visit couple days ago and didnt have full access to the Internet. Now the situation is much better and i am available now. I promised to post an overview about our rivals, but i had no time and actualle the rosters were not optimal. Sorry, my bad. But i am going to review our opponents just before the game. Next post will be tomorrow.

I want to express gratitude to the managers who got pops for our players and keep GS ion a high level. Aslo one players (its a team secret) got 2 pops on a very important skills for his position. His manager made really good job.

And now the bad news. One of the team leaders droped his GS to 5. His manager is absent from 16th June. What is more, this manager also owns 18yo MVP with really great starting skills and onether descent player for u21 team. Do you know Flood Malawi's manager, Ebene? It could solve this situation much faster than going this players free agents.

Thats all for toaday, more news to come

Hello, boys and girls. Here is promissed Ghana overview.

Ghana is really weak this season, but i am not underestimating them. I saw descent PG and C in their roster and they can move the ball really well. We are playing for the W and the most possible points difference. All matches will be playing in South Africa, that is our main advantage. I missed this fact earlier, but now i am even more concerned. Our roster is not optimal, but GS is much better then in Ghana.

I will try to post little pre-game post tomorrow about our tactic for the match. I am not sure about it, cause we will be playing similar plays in future. So i want to hear your thoughts about it. I can just PM local managers if the are aware about it.

So, viva South Africa. First match win will be very inspiring for me and important for the final standing in the second group stage, cause Ghana is able to promote further. Bye)
