After a few weeks of bidding, I've failed to land the right trainee. My strong preference is to train for England, so if anyone has a young trainee (18-23) with MVP or higher potential, let me know. I'm especially interested in expensive post-U21 prospects who need out of position training. For example, a center with 13 IS, 13 ID, 13 RB, 10SB would be perfect. If I got a player like that I'd train Passing and Outside Defense all season.

Does anyone have a good young English prospect they'd like to sell me for good money?

you are not looking good enough imo or you are looking for a super bargain, something that doesnt exsist...

I just bought this one and he would have done great with IS and ID training for a season or two...

and this guy was very recently for sale as well, whom I snapped up, that could benefit greatly from 2 seasons outside training...

I'm not convinced that 23 year old will cap before he gets too old for reasonably-paced training.

With his size and potential, I'd want both inside and outside defense to be 15.

we will see how far i get with him, but like i expected, you want the best off the best

nothing wrong with that and i do hope you find those kind off players and i am sure you will train such a player well, because you are a very knowledgeable coach

only problem is that such kind off players cost a lot :( and in such a small community like the english one, there arent much around

SF's take a long time to train. especially if u want to keep the salary down. Kaiser is still being trained and will be trained for most likely another 2 seasons. And i'm not training Kaiser for the English NT. i'm training him to have an elite SF on my own team. If he happens to be good enough for the English NT, then that is a bonus. training players to NT specifications is what killed my economy in the past. i invested to hard and had a very unlucky season. So now i'm doing things in my own team best interest.

Do what you like mate, just pointing out that young potentials tend to be "young"
