Hello everyone, I would like to know how I could train this guy. I honestly think he could make a good SF as well as a good PG, and I would like to listen to what you suggest. I would like to know ideal skills.

Non-ideal height & being 19 already along with very low IS and REB will make it difficult to make him an all-round SF. If you focused on just IS, maybe.

I would consider making him a stopper/swing man (OD/ID/HD/PA) and worry about training scoring skills later or never if you get a better prospect.
