OK, so i need to know what to do with this player,

do i fire him? do i sell him? do i keep and train him?

i was just given my team a few days ago, and with the new season starting soon, he will be 19.

so i guess, is this guy worth keeping? i am also about to get relegated into DIV 4 if that matters or not

Its always nice to have at least one trainable player to start your team with. He has good stats with no skill less than awful.

What is nice is you will have the first pick in the draft. Hopefully you found someone decent.

If I were in your shoes, I would train him and whomever you get in the draft at least if they have Per AllStar potential or better.

As for how to develop your team: I have written a guide.

I'd suggest going with a minimal salary next season (since you don't pay league minimum the first 16 weeks) and getting another good draft pick. This will mean you have 3 good draftees to build your team around.

Let me know if you have any questions.
