Thanks first of all for everyone who voted for me. Secondly, thanks also to the others who voted. 24 people bothered to vote, which is more than the previous vote, which sends me the message that there's plenty of interest in the NT. Of course, I expect some people didn't vote, not because of disinterest, but because there was no one interesting enough to vote for.

This is your NT, not mine, and everything I do is with that in mind. My inbox is always open. Also, everyone should feel free to post their thoughts here, its not just a thread for me and whoever my scouting team will be.

I'd already seen the draw for the European Championships. Not an easy draw by any means, but there's elements that I think are favourable to us. I'll be studying the fixture list in detail, looking for anything advantageous, but obviously the important thing will be winning our own games.

Again, thanks for making me NT coach. Thanks also to Tuck, both for his excellent results during his tenure, and for setting up a scrimmage for today.

I was hoping that you had the possibility to make your own tries. (i once have been elected on a tuesday due to some informatic problems on BB...)

Send me your e-mail if you need the excel file i filed up with up to date players.
I also took some time last evening to check every division (1st to 3rd level, i was thinking that 4th division is not really active...) to enter every rookie who are from 9 to 11 in potential. (22 players in total)

Once again thanks to everyone for their congratulations. Particularly Morwood for first putting my name into the NT frame. Then Vecx for reintroducing the idea a few weeks ago.

Had a chance to see the team in action today, but of course, not much to learn from a scrimmage.

I'll be opening a couple of topics on the offsite. As Morwood and Vecx have done with the u21s I'll be looking for anything useful anyone might want to say. And like them I'll be making my own decisions after digesting everything.

I've gone through the fixtures in the group with a view to gauging when our opponents might want to use extra effort against us. This is probably the key to the season. Comments there would be especially welcome.
