How should I go about training this guy? I want him to lead my team in scoring, but also in assists.

First things first, he needs OD. I would get that up to 7 (4 pops) and then you can go into some outside shooting or 1v1 skills.

In honor of your exceptionally tasteful second team name, I won't just give you a "play him with four scrubs" answer.

He needs defense training badly because he plays defense badly.

Then training up the other five guard skills should help his scoring and assist potential.

If you do a lot of 1 on 1 for forwards with him, his inside shot will increase a little as well, which would be nice.

Just the ones with the harelip.

Well, and the ones who name teams after teams that are local to me.
