Well you cannot really train three different position players... I personally would make them all Centers with good secondaries, because none of them have enough OD or potential to do a lot with them. All three of them could however turn into decent bigs. Your second dude should be the basis of you training and you can trian the other two behind him. I would do a couple weeks of 1v1 and then go into ID and REB training until they get up to 10. From there I would go back into some more 1v1 training and IS training until IS is up to 9 on your PF.

If I am recalling what I've read correctly, if you want to train an SF you need higher potential because you are training a multitude of skills (assuming you want a good balanced one) so your SF won't pan out too well :s

Since all of them are tall, why not make them all bigs? It will be easier to train as well. I'd recommend lots of ID and IS training, then top it off with some REB. Their potentials aren't the best, so you won't be able to make too much out of them :s

Wow thought I had some great young players to train guess not now. I was going to try and train my SF OD and it was going to be easy to train because that is only skill I see that lacked and thought it would be easy because he is 18 but guess not. Thought he would be a great SF because of his ok skills REB IS ID JS JR. Guess I might turn him into a PF. I was going to make my PF, second dude (a Dirk like PF) thought I could do that with my PF because I can train those skills easily up guess not.

which Draftee you talking about Robard Linwood Stewart?? because if you are than I thought even though he is an perennial allstar he wasn't going to pan out because of his skills he has now.

I dont know the skills of Linwood, true. If i have the choice between training a foreign allstar or a PAS draftee i would always go for the draftee even when he requires somewhat more work. Your fans like homegrown players to have an important role in your team...

Thats not too bad. If you stick to 2posi training like 1o1 and RB for a while together with the other 3 trainees you fix his HD, DR and RB.
Then sell one of them for profit and continue with the remaining 3 with 1posi training like OD, ID, PA or whatever you feel is needed.

The first trainee looks like a good big I would keep him considering you are still in Div 5, he can become your dominant Center in two seasons and a back up role player when you get to the higher divisions. Take it easy in training, dont create something you cant afford.
