Here is a list of the benefits of having a player in the U21 team:
1) You get extra merchandising for your player which goes to supporting his salary while he plays for the U21 team.
2) You will get extra merchandising for your player long term as they are a U21 national team hero.
3) You will have extra support in training your player (which includes experienced managers, salary advice, training plans tailored for you). You may even be given a series of predictions of what you can reasonably expect your player to be at in 1, 2 and 3 seasons time.
4) You will be part of a wider community and therefore have more social contact within the English BB community.
5) You will be supported towards training your player onwards after U21 towards the NT as we will only be giving advice which can work with future NT requirements aswell. We will not sacrifice your player on the altar of 'freakshow' talent giving you a monster salary to carry while you train secondaries.
6) With the new overextension tax coming in, home grown players will be almost tax neutral making your team capable of supporting higher salary costs without being taxed.
7) Well trained players gain value and can be worth a small fortune, badly trained players lose value. I can help you create players worth between 500k and millions depending on their potential and starting point.
For all these reasons and many more, the future of your team, not just the U21's and NT is much much much better if you decided to train players for the English U21 team and got on board with us.
