make sure your trainee play more than 48min(for the position you train) but not more than 96min to maintain the game shape in good condition.

if the trainee position have no any sub, then he got a big chance to play 48min (but he can not play well in the game because too tired).
so set the sub trainee for the position you train.
make sure they play more than 1 game, and swap each other, if 1 of them can play more than 47min, you can let him play in friendly match.
