I ended the season with these three as my main guys...

Player 1
Weekly salary: $ 9 113
DMI: 113800
Age: 21
Height: 6'5" / 196 cm
Potential: MVP

Jump Shot: strong ↑ Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: strong Handling: proficient
Driving: prolific Passing: proficient
Inside Shot: strong Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: respectable

Player 2
Weekly salary: $ 8 653
DMI: 102900
Age: 21
Height: 7'0" / 213 cm
Potential: perennial allstar

Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: pitiful ↑
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: proficient
Driving: proficient Passing: prolific
Inside Shot: strong ↑ Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: prominent Shot Blocking: respectable

Player 3
Weekly salary: $ 8 372
DMI: 69700
Age: 19
Height: 6'7" / 201 cm
Potential: allstar

Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: strong Handling: strong
Driving: proficient ↑ Passing: prominent
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: pitiful
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: average

But then I got extremely lucky and drafted this guy as the last pick in Round 1 despite not even scouting any players, or setting an order.

The Rook
Weekly salary: $ 3 960
DMI: 0
Age: 18
Height: 6'6" / 198 cm
Potential: MVP

Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: atrocious
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: inept
Driving: inept Passing: average
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: average

Now I don't know what to do. Who should I sell, what should I train? I feel like I just keep exchanging trainees every season. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Easy...Keep the two MVPs...You can also keep the Per.allstar as your third trainee.
1st game of the week...18 yr MVP
2nd game of the week....21 yr MVP
3rd game Per. allstar and this is only if you get the 48+ from your two MVPs.

Starting with 1vs1 training is always a very good option. My own preference is SF/PF position 1vs1 because total training is a bit higher than 1vs1 for other positions.

Also in your case, 1vs1 fits all your players and you can even keep your fourth guy for a while in the training. For two position training, like 1vs1, you should have 5 trainees
