I am in the second seed and I just want to know if there is anything I can do to get out of this league so I can get a first pick next year and demote into a different IV league

You can blow up your team, tank and spend cash on the draft. That should get you a hard-earned 8th place spot and a one-way ticket to Botville.

I meant as in promote and then demote so then I could get into a more active league.
