As Carisma said, OD and ID. Yet, some players still foul a lot, even with high defense. Such players are known as aggressive players. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about their aggressive trait. It could be that your guy's defense is low compared to the skillset of his matchup. Or your player could have low stamina.
