For Shipman, I recommend training OD to strong, then training PA to at least average. After that, I would train ID, along with JS/1v1 Forwards.
For Chung, I would train 1v1 Guards for his HA, or 1v1 Forwards for his IS.

Shouldn't this Shipman character get more OD pops if he is to play at SF?
Yes, but I'm just giving him short-term goals that he can aim for.
