Ok so i have the following player:

DMI: 91300
Age: 19
Height: 6'11" / 211 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: average
Driving: respectable Passing: pitiful
Inside Shot: prominent Inside Def.: proficient
Rebounding: strong Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: awful

What should i be focusing on training first in your opinion?

Passing up to mediocre and then just big skills (IS,ID,REB) for awhile. All his other secondaries are sweet.

The previous poster's plan is pretty good. I like the idea of passing to mediocre and it should be very fast to train. Hopefully you can balance training and team success, definitely try to avoid demotion too.
