I want this guy to put up 20 points a game and be near to 10 rebounds while doing it. Is it possible? If so, how do I get started. I would prefer a SF.

You're in D5. JS9, IS9, and RB9 should do it, no?

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

First of all, if you want him to be an SF, his JR needs some work, as well as his PA. It would a little harder for him to score 20 points when his PA and JR is that low. I know this from personal experience. Having all guard skills (besides JR and PA) at or above prominent would help him be efficient on offense.

I suggest training his OD and PA to strong, then working on JS/1v1, along with JR. Outside shooting (JR) takes a while to pop, so you might not want to focus too much on it. You'll also want to focus on his inside skills. 1v1 Forwards trains IS a bit. Since SFs are usually the 3rd option to get rebounds, Shipman probably won't get as many as a PF or C would. He would still be a killer against opposing SFs, though.

Not helping. Also, I was relegated last season, and want to make it back as quickly as possible.

If you want to get back to D4, you'll want an arena about this size: 6000/1000/150/10. This should help you bring in enough money, and due to the promotion bonus, you would also want your prices to be a bit higher than normal. After the Allstar Break, you want to drop them down to a reasonable level.

Then with the next 15 pops I would shoot for something like this:

7 2 3 7 8 3 / 7 5 7 2 / 5 3
to
9 5 8 7 8 5 / 8 7 7 2 / 5 3

That should keep you busy into this time next season at the earliest. If you want more inside then perhaps trade an OD or JS for an ID or RB.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.
