Looking for a trainee to go with my current trainee.

Owner: Hawksters Hammers

Weekly salary: $ 3 202
Role: rotation player
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 17000
Age: 19
Height: 5'11" / 180 cm
Potential: MVP
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: proficient Handling: strong ↑
Driving: mediocre ↑ Passing: average
Inside Shot: inept Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: awful Shot Blocking: pitiful

Should I look for a player with similar stats so I can train them both at the same things?

That would be ideal.
I managed to find a HOF 20yo that was within 2 on every stat to train alongside the 18yo HOFer I drafted. Fast forward 3 seasons and they are still very similar but differ slightly from training speed differences due to height and age. Very pleased with how it worked out thus far.

I think it works great for a while but as they get to demanding higher and higher salaries you'll have to reconstruct the team or pick one to keep and one to profit from.

Good Luck.

I say they'd be a good pair of trainees. The 1 year difference isnt that big of a deal. A lot of people are crazy about starting with 18yos and older is lost time but if you plan to keep them rather than sell you should be fine.

The thing is he is 110 thousand, is that worth it? I that enough money to buy him but I could use that money on my arena or elsewhere.
