I've actually been running 3-2 almost exclusively in my PL and very often in my D.III league this season as well as last. If you have above average rebounding on the bigs you won't experience much trouble in rebounding at the same rate as your opponent.

My SF has 8ID which I would consider sub-par for D.III and 3-2 works well. Of course, I have 4 guys with 15+OD so when I run 3-2 we pressure the ball very well.

I'd agree with Manon that your going to want bigs with at least average to above average ID/SB for your Div or you'll see a significant increase in fouls and that'll cost you.

Yes, in a 3-2, you basically need 3 normal guards (only need OD on your PG-SG-SF). However, your rebounding will suffer and your PF and C will need to defend close range jumpers. This means that you need OD, ID, SB, and REB on your PF and C.
