i'm not sure, but I feel that I've read such a suggestion somewhere quite a while back. but I really like the idea of insurance. especially if you can decide to insure just your star-player or 3 players or your whole team. it shouldn't be too cheap to insure a 200k-guy - maybe 20-40k or something a week - but when he gets injured you'd not have to pay his salary or get some instant refund that you could use to buy a substitute for him ...
