i want to ask stefano especially several question...

1. if you becoming our u-21 NT coach,, what's your planning for short term,, what's your target for indonesia u-21 national team and what do you refer to make our team? playing in inside area,, outside area or both of it by making many good sf?
2. if you becoming our u-21 NT coach, who will accompany you in the scouting job? can you do it both depend of many new players in indonesia and the planning for them not same at all.. because in several years before,, i see just you and wewe who refer to scouting than the other,, you already have staff for accompany you?
3. if you becoming our u-21 NT coach, how can you communicating with the players coach? some manager don't think the gameshape and it make the players play bad in national team.. it happens to malaysia u-21 team,, the game shape last year drop and the u-21 just got 2 win and 7 lost and make the manager got critized.. because our u-21 NT played well last year and some manager will not tolerate some bad mistakes..

it's all from me and i hope you will answer it,, and try to learn our language too several and i hope you can be our manager for long term if you can be our manager.. thank you

so first:
1.I think that in these years I've seen that the most powerful U21 teams are that who have great Big men with lot of IS, PG/SG with great secondaries and OD/PA and good enough SF. Then I don't want to describe the particularies because our enemies can read...:)
2.I'm creating one very structured and with experience, but I can also accept other managers who offer them as Scouts. I think, personally that I'll follow 21 yo Players to make them as I want during the Season.
3.It's one of my point to have player with great GS: so I'll informed all the coach that a condition for seeing their player in U21 is to train them in a rage of 48-60 minutes!!Then I say to those who doesn't tolerate some bad mistakes to train their Player in order to keep the GS high and not to speak withough respect rules! And for those who respect rules to believe in my way of operating.

yeah but in last year, base of our neighbour conuntry, i saw that the management is something broken.. you can said you will ask the manager to train them about 48/60 minutes.. but the fact,, when he is 20 or 21, he will be play in 70-96 minutes if he is the star player in that team...
in our neighbour too,, the manager could be see that he do it alone from scouting, tactician and communicating with other manager.. if you do it alone, can you do it all? not all managers can be cooperating and one thing is the languages too..

so you refer our u-21 team play with what type? play like american style? chile style? italian style or china style?

the language I think is not a problem all the teams I've contact in these season answer me in english so...I don't think there will be problem, them somebody will help me in language:) Secondly I think GS in a country small it's a problem that we can't solve at all! As I say before there will be a group of scout helping me:)

Then my team style would be as serbian style!!
