Hi everybody, I'm an Italian manager with almost 15-seasons experience. I've managed a team called "Chipiscio Bulls", but due to my study, I left BB and my old team for a while. But now I'm back with my new Team Fortitudo Manzi.

Now, my purpose is to lead a team with a difficult situation to a new glorious period. I know that it is difficult to train a player as needed by U21 NT, but I believe that if we do that togheter, we can do it well. In my past I managed England NT and South Africa U21 NT, so I know how a NT can be managed.

My project is:
- Create a staff that can help users to train players
- Enstablish a partnership with Major NT coach to create two more solid NTs
- Try to improve world ranking.

So, with my project, your approvation and some friends of mine that could help me, I think I can lead your NT.
Thanks for your time.

FOR THE WIIIIIIIIN!

Hi guys,

my name is Daniel, I'm from Germany and i play BB since season 3.

I don't want to talk to much, I'll make it short. I think BBallchamp has made a good job as coach of the U21. He saved many players from retiring (one of them plays in my team now). I want to continue his good work with one big difference: There was absolutely no communication between the coach and me (me as a manager with a big indian talent).

So my objectives are:
- Saving talents from retirement (like BBallchamp)
- Communicating with the managers/owners of the talents and supporting them (for example training suggestions)
- Not the talent who is best right now has to play...the talent that has the best perspectives has to play!
- Main target of the national coach: Winning games.
Main target of the U21 coach: Developing players

As a coach of the U21 you have to think long term. If you can win some games that's nice, but it shouldn't be your main target.
If you agree with that give me your vote, if you want the Indian U21 team to win more games....Well I definitely can't promise.

If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to ask me.

With best regards,

Daniel
