Al Maghrib,

Here are my qualifications and reasons for wanting to become the next U21 coach of Al Maghrib.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Season 22 will be my 14th season in Buzzerbeater. During this time I have managed my team from Division V to its current position in USA League II.1 where in three of the past four years I have made the conference finals.
- I have trained two U21 players (one for Argentina and one for Bolivia) so I understand what goes into making a national team quality player from both an individual and team standpoint.
- I have gone deep in the USA Cup on numerous occasions.
- I have a good understanding of the tactics of BB as evidence of my numerous playoff upsets over the years.

As the former U21 coach of Misr (seasons 20-21) the team accomplished a great deal, among those accomplishments:

1. World Ranking went from 96th to 32nd
2. 2nd in the African Cup
3. Came within one win in the last game of pool play of advancing to the final round of the world U21 championships (two of our loses came against the 1st and 2nd place teams)
4. Highest ranked U21 squad in Africa

WHY Al Maghrib?
-Challenge. I see only one trophy in the trophy case for Al Maghrib. Hopefully with some patience and good training of the younger players the foundation will be set for success not only in the African Championships this year but also in the future as building a consistent program is one of the challenges of being a U21 coach. While small, the Al Maghrib BB community has a player pool deep enough (when trained properly) that the team should challenge in the Africa U21 Championship Tournament this season and by Season 24 be ready to bring gold home.
- Create and be part of a U21 program where the team has a constant flow of players that once they become old enough they transition to the national team and the next generation of younger players join the team and continue the success that I am positive Al Maghrib can and will have.

GOALS
- Be the best team in North Africa
- Win the Africa U21 Championship Tournament. We play to win, plain and simple.
- Create a program where there is constant growth and constant level of success this season and for future seasons
- Improve the team ranking in the first season to be the highest in Africa and be in the top half of the world.

I look forward to the election and hopefully becoming the next manager of Al Maghrib's U21 team.
