On the offsite we have several great tools you can use including a training planner, attendance helper, matchup predictor, etc as well as a great community of American managers who will give you advice your team.

you never want any players above 32 and you always want to train GUARDS (though I am very obstinate of that and I train Bigs only b/c I have no knowledge in Guards except OD)

yes. Join the offsite. Top American Managers made their way through the Offsite. Some guys you may want to ask a lot of questions are A1R (the guy you're talking to, he used to play BB a few seasons ago thats why he knows everywhere like a D3er) Tangosz (Knows a LOT about Guard Training and how to set up arena) and others worth Mentioning are Big Dogs, LeBrick at times, and me at times (Though I only know how to train Bigs and how to set up arena.) Then there's the rest of the people on the offsite that are willing to help......The Offsite is gonna be your best friend through your BB career.
