Alright here's the deal. Im playing Strictly Follow Depth Chart, with 7 players Here is what the lineup will look like.
P1-P1-P1
P2-P6-P6
P3-P7-P7
P4-P7-P7
P5-P7-P7

My question now is how many minutes will P7 get? Playing Backup and reserve for SF/PF/C? I need him to get at least 25 minutes, do you think he will get it? About how much do you think he will get?

Additional Info: This game will be a definite win by me, and might even be a 15+ win.

If you're winning 20+ then usually sub will get the last quarter + around 2-3 minutes in each of the first 3 quarters. In that case I think he'll get 25 minutes. In scenario 2 where you're not winning 20+ in the last quarter he should get as a sub around 12 minutes total (maybe less - depends on the score). Since he's listed on 3 positions I don't know how will trainer manage to give him more. So I think around 12 mins.

Given those orders and my advanced understanding of the match engine, I can assure you he'll receive 3 minutes of game time and then be injured.

I'm not sure if he'll make 25 regardless without garbage time though, unless he's of fairly similar quality to the three starters. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see a 40-6 type distribution at all three positions for example.

Maybe I can switch P3 with P7, who needs at least 15 minutes, but he is more important to my team than P7 so I need to make sure he gets good minutes for GS.
P7: has 22 mins this week, and is probably like my 6th man. (backup PF)
P3: Has 33 mins this week, and is my starting SF.
You think I should flip them around? I cant switch them with the other 3 starters so please dont suggest that.
Please, all opinions are appreciated.
Thank you Hrudey and ibarix, and all future comments.

I've run this type of rotation before and it came out quite similar to Rik Smits Clogs' answer.

One position was 39-9 and the other 2 were 43-5 and 44-4.

So in total, P7 got 16 minutes. I can't remember the game but I believe it was a 8-10 point win.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.
