Hello Malaysia,
I am Tanak Wagu, coach of Kampung Muhibbah Montokus. I joined late in season 16, with 3 matches left of regular season. With the default squad, I managed to win 2 out of the last 3 matches and secured myself a position in the III.2 relegation playoffs, which I then lost unfortunately. My second season was better. Still without any player purchases, I managed to finish second in the league with a 18-4 record, and beating the unbeaten KOJH in the conference finals, before finally losing in the playoff grand finals. Despite my lost, I was promoted to div II.4 due to the bot cleanup.

In season 18, my first season in div II, I performed badly, and was forced to bring in reinforcement in the form of NT PG Zhou Pingyou. The purchase was crucial to my survival, as I beat former MBBA team Shwarze Armee in the relegation playoffs to stay for another season. With Zhou leading the team, coupled with the flourishing of my trainees, I managed to improve by a lot in my second season in div II. I finished the league safely in 5th place with a 9-13 game record, which was pretty decent considering the fact that my league was called the group of death. Last season was a bit rough, losing Zhou for a big part of the campaign, and I finally managed to achieve 5th place due the forfeiting of another team.

NT Experience
I've never had any prior experience in NT managing. However, I had trained one of my players to become a U21 player, and I have another one in the making. My training focuses a lot on all-rounded players and secondaries, and that has become a plus point for me during the U21 selection, which saw my player Zaidil bin Tahar being selected due to his versatility. I have forged a close relationship with LA-Terfu and often consults him on my training and other aspects of the game. I have also consulted Simply Vince on my player's training as well.

My Strengths
As a club manager, I haven't made many transfers due to my tendency of trying to be thrifty. However, this limits my team's strength as I have to make do with what I have. Luckily, my tactical prowess has allowed me to compete with other teams in my league. Tactical prowess is very important for a NT coach and I believe that since this is one of my strong points, I will make a decent NT coach.

My Contributions to the NT
I haven't have much contributions to the NT in the past, except that I have trained a U21 player before, and am still training potential U21 players. Other than that, I have responded to a plea from U21 coach Terfu and stepped in to save Zhou from eternal retirement last season. I was actually planning on using my money on arena construction, but since it was an emergency, I willingly put in my own money to save our NT's highest paid player. This is how much I value our NT and it also shows how much I am willing to sacrifice for our NT.

My Plan
My plan is to have a separate youth development system from the U21. After every draft, I will filter the prospects with U21 coach and select the more multiskilled players who have higher potential to train specifically for the NT. I plan to produce more all-rounded players so we can have more versatility for the NT. Furthermore, I will strive to ensure our players have good GS.

I believe I have what it takes to handle the NT, and I'm also mentally ready to take on this task. Feel free to ask me anything in the debate thread!

well i am playing from S15 till now and this season my team will be stay farming mode so i have much more attention to managing NT Malaysia.

I have a post of Malaysia NT in other football games although suffers from incorporated managers for managing their malaysian players condition or various reasons. i still managed to gather up a team and maintaining a 100%win ratio (3bot 3humans) until now at the qualifiers. i still think i can do it at the basketball field.

is there anything you wish to ask plz do. i'll need your help and your vote to make it big

regards

Hello Malaysia!

Let me start off by introducing myself. My name is Sluuge, and I coach my team Sluuge United. I am currently in my 5th season of Buzzerbeater, and have learned many things over that time.

You might wonder why someone from the Netherlands is interested in coaching your National Team, but there is a very simple reason for this. I am currently dating a girl who is originally from Kajang, near KL. I have also visited the place, and thought your country was a beautiful place.

Going back to Buzzerbeater.

Accomplishments:
- Having joined in season 16, I was added to D.IV, only to become champion of D.III in season 19, and succesfully staying in D.II last season.
- Managed to train a rookie who I got in my 2nd season into the Dutch U21 at age 20
- Made it into last 64 of the Dutch Cup last season (note, we have 4 divisions in the Netherlands)

Strenghts:
- Online every day.
- Know how to implement tactics versus certain teams.
- Good knowlegde of training tactics, data, etc.
- Determined to make myself better in the game.
- Helpful towards new players
- Good in planning
- Good with maths, which in my honest opinion helps a lot in Buzzerbeater

Weaknesses:
- Do not speak Malay, but if nessesary I have someone to translate for me
- No NT experience
- Not been on BB for more than 5 seasons

Why me?
I plan to bring Malaysia to a higher place then they are now, by communicating well with all the managers that have a potential NT player, and those whose player(s) might already be in the NT. I have plenty of time on my hands to help the Malaysian BB community out, and just want to see the country perform better then it has in recent years, even though this wasn't completly bad, but there is always space for improvements.

I hope you will consider me for the position of your NT manager, and I would be humbled if you feel so kind to vote for me.

Terima kasih
