Why should you vote for my-
*devotion- I will have time to work with team. Also help develop players and guide their trainings.
*Experience- I play BB since s7, its my 15th season- I know BB tactics and how do use them. Same is with training.

My name is md242 and I come from Poland. I am playing BB for the six season and I believe I have gathered a good amount of experience in this game. I would like to present myself to you as a NT candidate.

I would like to pinpoint a few goals that I would set myself to achieve as Al Jazair NT manager:

- cooperate with the U21 coach and try to establish a good base of young players, who will be potential NT players

-train multiskill and monster players too

- write match reports

-big surprises in matches

- keep a close relationship with NT player managers

- have a strong scouting team

-training plans and advices for managers


These are my main goals I would like to achieve.

For reaching a better ranking status, Al Jazair NT must have:

- At least 3 scouts, that would be chosen based on their experience training players,
- A solid player database, watching player development since he was drafted,
- More dialogue between NT coach and the managers,
- Create discussion topics for each NT game,

anyone willing can to work with the representation

Bonjour,

Mon pseudo est IceMan et je suis entraîneur de l'équipe IceOne qui évolue en super division Algérienne.
Bien qu'auteur d'une saison seulement sur Buzzebeater, je me présente au poste d'entraîneur national.

En voyant qu'il n'y avait aucun entraineur Algérien proprement dit je me suis lancé. En m'entourant de gens compétents et en faisant quelques sacrifices je pense pouvoir gérer cet équipe et la faire progresser.

Si je suis élu:
- Je lancerais une compagne de recrutement pour les scouts (les postes sont vacants pour les anciens ainsi que pour les nouveaux qui veulent rejoindre le team).
- Je m'appliquerais dans la gestion de l'équipe.
- Je serais étroitement en contact avec le staff des U21 pour parler des jeunes talents aptes a intégrer l'équipe A.
- Je ferais de mon mieux pour porter hauts les couleurs de notre grande nation afin d'avoir beaucoup plus de reconnaissance de la part des autres confédérations.

Je reste à votre disposition pour tout autre renseignement.
