The better the player is and the more it costs, the agent asks for more.
Not to mention that he will probably will ask a longer contract.

Hence, the more expansive player a team posses, the larger fee they will need to pay - both as a minimal fee, and as a slower reduce fee per time (the fee will get lower... slower).
