I am interested in the position of U.A.E's u21 coach. And I will be very glad to be the coach of this team and do my best to make progress.Thanks for the supporting of national player.

For information, i've looked for UAE players who will be able to play in the U21 NT Team.
There are 18 players from 18 years old to 21. There few players from 20 or 21 years old. But a lot of 19 and 18 years old.
We can begin now to work with this player to give a strong futur to NT U21 and in the next season NT Team.
It's very important to work with all manager.

4 players for NT U21 and only 2 would be able to play in NT Team.

20 years old :
(23175564)
(23175593)

21 years old :
(23175590) (good potentiel for NT Team)
(21450452) (good potentiel for NT Team)

If i become the NT U21 coach, i will contact the manager of the player in order to know if he will train him next season.
Without answer, i will discuss with my staff and manager of UAE U21 player (younger than 20 years old) if it's better to favorise manager who trains young player of UAE.

(23175573) : An example of player that i don't take in my team. His team was not connected since 14 of April. So the player will be lost.

Not exactly. I was asking about the guards, but only one of the players you mention is a guard.
Which guards will be on your roster?

So only him. All the other guards are 18yo or 19 yo. Because if the skills are equals between a 18,19 or 20,21 yo, the youn will progress quicker than the other. I will speak with manager to know their motivation.
I will look for other good player of 20 and 21 yo tonight or tomorrow but i don t think i will find another one.

We can also add to the 20 years old player this one ((24418029)) but i need to see his skills before knowing if he plays guars or real small smallforward or ...

But this player will be on roster

And for the inside player, this one : (23708659)
