Hello every BB Player of United Arab Emirates !
My name is bonato_2000 and I'm a French player manager. I am working on BB for a long time (Season 8) and I decided to work on the national team.
Why a NT Team ?
I've progressed in France until the French league II (in season 18 and 19). 10 years between league V and II, quick increase. But I miss something. Help a country to progress with young players. That's the reason why I've decided to sell my own team, to buy young players and to train them during the next two seasons (without playing game with my own team) and to present my candidacy for a NT Team (I will have lot of time for this NT Team).
Why UAE NT U21 ?
UAE is a little country in BuzzerBeater but not in real life (more than 8M people with a wonderful town Abu Dhabi). So it's a country that can grow and I want to make it grow. I don't think so that his ranking (97th/98teams) is the real ranking for UAE. I want that this ranking improves. (Saudi Arabia is 73th for few more team in BB).
The 2 goals
- The first goal is not to win the championship. It's not possible this year and every people who say it is a liar. The goal is that this team improves his ranking, plays good game and win some games. At the end of the 2 seasons, I want the ranking is best that 80th. I'm really good at analyzing teams strenghts and weaknesses so I think that it's possible.
- The second aim is to develop the training program of UAE and to take the team to a higher level. I want to work with every UAE manager and I'm ready to take a very young player with high potential in order to encourage his manager. These players are the future of national teams and it's important that UAE have good team in NT U21 and NT Team in next year. So I will discuss also with NT Manager.
So I'd like that an UAE manager will work with me on this NT U21 team to explain him what we can do before the game and to help the country to grow.
Community :
Community involvement is a necessity for a country to have in order for it to be good. That's the reason why I will speak with a lot of manager of UAE player and lot of UAE manager.
A topic will be created for each game to speak about the game, to explain (after the game) tactics and players choice. You can react about every topic.
Staff :
Another French manager will help me to assist UAE manager in formation and I will be happy thant 1 or 2 others managers of UAE work with me.
Conclusion :
I promise that I will work hard to advance this team and this country. I stop my own team to do that. This team can be better that his current ranking. I will do this and you will do this with me.
