To all those who are running for the election this time round:
In your speech, you highlighted the reasons as to why we should choose you.

But I would like to post a simple question,
Why did you choose Malaysia U21?:)

On a side note,
Terfu, since you were last season's manager,
could you give us a thorough report regarding the progress and activities of our U21 NT last season?

Alright,that is a pretty good report I suppose:x

So, why did you choose Malaysia U21?:x

Also, these are directed to Terfu as well as the other managers running for this post:
What do you think about Malaysia's U21's future in say..5 seasons from now?
What can you accomplish(doesn't have to be just trophies,it can be anything for the benefit of the team)?
Of course, these can't be don't withing 1 season I believe,so how long do you think you will take to accomplish whatever you stated in the previous answer.
How will you run the team?I noticed most managers as a team like scouts and PR,do you have one, will us local managers be involved in any way?
Also,if you are a basketball player, what position do you see yourself playing?PG SG SF PF or C?and why?

Personally, I would like the candidates to write good English, means I don't want you to write in your own language then translate into English by using google translate.

Ok, let's start. Some questions to all candidates. There's more. But if you fail to answer one of these, consider your candidacy as a failure.

1) How long have you been here in BB?
2) Did you contribute anything to Malaysia U21 in the past?
3) Can we trust you to bring Malaysia to the next level?
4) Most importantly, is this your first post in our Malaysian forum? If the answer is yes, don't bother to continue. We don't want people who come here and hoping the community will vote for you. It is a disrespect to the Malaysian community even if you have tones of experience as a U21/NT coach.

Take your time to answer and good luck to all of you!

I would like to post some questions:

GMTomasz:
What does Poland being the best team in the world got to do with you? Were you the Poland NT coach or Poland U21 coach?

Liem:
What are your plans for Malaysia U21? What will you do upon getting elected in the first day?

Navi.Destiny:
I like your post man! You are the best :D

Hello! Answering your first question, i`m still in touch with the members of national Polish Team and with the people connected with our National Team. These are people from whom I can learn a lot and gain some practical approach. They play in different leagues not only the best ones, because even players from lower leagues can bring a lot good things to the Team. And your second question - on the first day I`d like to complete training staff to help me choose the players and I will need managers to lead the development of the players and I will keep my eye on them. That`s all for now. If you have any further questions please e-mail me on my BB mail.
Regards,GMTomasz

Italy put a mixed roster, including file good players who missed their calls as being a step below starters, the two likely top 20 and 5 players that was not saved (probably we never did, as luckily we don't need - a saved player would have lost at least 4-6 weeks of training and that means he falls two primary pops behind many others), but -even worse- players proposed by managers who won a contest - none of them ever touch Italy jersey again.

I also did some experiments, but I have to say that team was not so horrible at the end. I think Malaysia was home court, if I am not wrong, but it was a good, nice match. Nothing to do with officials :p a good performance of yours anyway

Hello Malaysia,

My question is very straightforward;

Seeing Look Inside is slowly becoming one of the 'trend' in BB, if elected would you jump the bandwagon and develop players to suit the tactic? Or do you have any plans to 'neutralize/ counter' this approach?

In Italy only seldom we save players. With 4k managers we have 12k draftees every season, and about 1200 are added to db. Of course not all have good skills nor are well trained, but sacrificing TS is a nonsense typically. We did it only a couple of times when FA were stopped and we had to save 20y old players highly skilled. With FA, we should only save 18y but you can easily see it does not make much sense. n the other side, tracking timely all these players is heavy, our db includes about 4k U21 players ^^

Anyway, as mentioned that was not "Italy" but not a bad team indeed
