These are the target requirements for SGP NT players. If you have players that meet these requirements, or are close to meeting them, please contact to: (35756). Also, please make sure you balance these skills as much as possible, as it doesn't help the national team, or you, to have, for example, a center with 20 rebounding, while inside defense and inside shot sit at 5. Thanks!

Point guard:

Outside defense ≥ 14
Passing ≥ 11
Jump shot + Jump range ≥ 26
Handling + Dribbling ≥ 28

Shooting guard:

Jump shot + Jump range + Outside defense ≥ 42
Handling + Dribbling + Passing ≥ 35

Small froward:

Jump shot + Jump range + Outside defense ≥ 35
Handling + Dribbling + Passing ≥ 30
Inside shot + Inside defense + Rebounding ≥ 32

Power forward:

Inside shot + Inside defense + Rebounding ≥ 43
Jump shot ≥ 9

Center:

Inside shot + Inside defense + Rebounding ≥ 48
Handling + Dribbling + Passing ≥ 12

Hi to both of you,
its almost near impossible to get enough pop to get both into 12 defense.

By telling JJ to reach an impossible mark, Phyo has INDIRECTLY stated that this player won't make U21 team. So there's no further explanation needed.

Again, as mentioned on another thread, please allow Phyo respond first, as the question is directling to Phyo. Thanks.

to dai: Actually Its a bad guidance for jj, by phyo. if jj really follow, the player and team would suffer badly..
19years old boy, trying to get that kind of skill phyo want, its impossible to represent u21 in.his.next few season..

For jj: if you want to follow phyo plan, you should look at NT, though Im sure he won't make it into NT team, unless.you are willing give up lots of things for next 4-5season.

Audi : It sounds more like "mission impossible" for JJ, unless Phyo give him a detailed steps on how to reach it. 6'7" guy with age 19, maybe only a "world-class" trainer can make him like what Phyo wants
