Thank you for your time.I wonder if you can read my speech and give me chance to be your National Team Coach.

I'm a Chinese manager and my friends usually call me Mr.Children.

In Season 16 I have participated in the China U21 NT Coach's campaign and I was Unanimously elected(100%) by Chinese Managers.Then our U21 NT have win the Asian championship in this season.

I think I have the ability to build a good national team now.We should find more and more young players and contact their managers to help these youngstars get excellent training plan,this is my specialty,and I believe this is the most effective way to bulid a strong team in the future.At the same time,I will also reliance on some old players to formulate the most appropriate tactics for our team.

Hi - I'm Mahatma Kane Jeeves

I am asking to be voted to manage the UAE National team.

This is what I am bringing to the table as manager.

I currently have a team in the Canadian Div II.2, where I am ranked 28th in Canada- In season 18 (my 7th season), I reached the semi-finals in my first try. I have a proven record of success of managing my team - I have reached the finals of my league in the first 5 seasons, winning 2 of them where I advanced from Div IV to Div II and my world ranking now stands at 2121.

As a manager, I am organized, determined, aggressive, very competitive and goal-oriented.

Notwithstanding those attributes, I have a plan to further advance the UAE BB team in the following fashion:
- Open communication with UAE team managers about training and advice on national team tactics
- Co-operation with the U21 manager on up and coming players and their potential membership on the national team
- Implementing a scouting system to keep track to potential team candidates who are over 21
- Starting a system of scouting opponents for possible strategy and tactics
