Hi all... been wondering about this a long time. Is there such thing as the longer your players play together the better the team chemistry is and the better they play as a whole?

There is no team chemistry factor.

I think the new face's Gameshape and skills is important.
If the new face came into your team with low GS or bad skills,he cant get good performance in the game.
It depends on the tactic what you set, perhaps.

Definitely, is anyone sure about it?

Never notices anything towards one opinion or the other. The only thing I could mention is that I saw that some older players with low passing have a nice amount of assists, this could mean a lot of possibilities:
a- experience mattered here
b- team chemistry
c- the player had a "secret skill", like being foul prone.
d- it's a random fact
e- depended on the tactic/rival
f- same of theses factors combiend

What do you guys think?

I noticed the same things with one of my players who usually plays PF. I don't know why since he's only got 7 in PA but he almost always gets arround 10 Passes a game while some of my outside players who have a lot more get less

It's also maybe because I play a lot of outside offense that might make him try to pass the ball from the inside to the outside making him getting a lot of passes.
One thing I noticed, some of my players have better stats than him overall but he always performs very well even though in the long run it shouldn't be that way ! That's why I tend to think there's "something else" being taking in count

i noticed that guards with higher experience shots way better from outside and gives alittle bit assists more than other players with same skills does. So in my opinion it may be influence of experience

It seems that experience means a lot...
