I think you should go to Vietnam's NT page and see the results of the votes. If you're the one with the most votes, you're in, if not, then you're out.

Of course you can still know. You can't see the voting results, but you CAN go to the voting page and look at the drop down menu to see who is available to vote for. If your name is still there, you're still in the election.

Or, I guess you'd have somebody from Vietnam do the same. Since you can't vote in the election.

If you don't know anyone in the country your running for you probably wouldn't win anyway :)
