Firstly, of course there is beneficial from Ben's side. Yes there maybe some overlaping of his. But, it does not mean i am gonna stand back and relax. Heres what i am thinking, as Ben has only few scouts, my main aim is to form a larger community, probably 8 to 10 members not only to scout but to really invest their money onto the player. It might be hard to convince them but i belive it can be done as i already had a couple of Buzzerbeater mates standing by this idea and willing to contribute in any way they could. Plus, we are ready to look for members that are gonna get the 1st few drafts of seasons, so as to ensure that the young stars will not fall into wrong hands and being sold to other countries. Actions speaks louder than words, I must be elected to show Singaporeans how my plans are going to be execute, but definitely I will not just rely on Ben’s plan. This I promise.
Secondly, going into the first season, there is not gonna be many young stars playing definitely and stamina for the veterans is a must. I mean really, look at the current situation now, not much talented players are in the ground, I could fill in an equally strong subs and main 5 but they might not be as good as those real talents who usually has lower stamina. My main concern about stamina is also because there is a match I lost last season because of the stamina of my squad. It was a clear victorious battle at start as my rankings were way above. When the players are tired, they shoot and they miss, they can’t defence using man to man as it wastes lots of stamina. What can a person do without stamina, no matter how good they are in shooting or etc…
I think we have different views on this. Haha. :D
Regarding the 3rd point you mentioned, it means that the training that what a centre should focus and so on for other positions for the second focus. Third focus is to train skills that are not so related but also needed e.g. passing.
As stated, it needs a 2 – 3 seasons build up time. This planning I stated before is to ensure that after every season they step into the new season with much better skills and potentials. If you were to focus much on stamina and free throws using the off season. This might result in the players, decreasing in their skills. My point is to prove that, after every season they will get stronger, I don’t think the team will rise and beat teams like Malaysia or China after just one season. The current manager did that and also using the 100k salary plan and it failed for seasons. It’s time to call a change and try out new methods that might boost the team every season. I take back words on the drawing thing but the centre tends to pass out to the shooters and gun down a three if offense was set to isolation
I had been through rough times, not afraid to admit it. I had been fined before by GMs for breaking a rule of the game. Money flew away and I was stuck with the players I had… I had no choice, so I started reading up forums about offense and defense and etc. that could help my team to improve without using any monetary related ideas. This lesson made me stronger as I learn a lot of the game system. Money does not make the ball goes in, it’s the training and the strategies that rolls it in. What I am trying to say is that, to you guys it might be easy. But, could not buy or expand or whatever to improve the team as my balance ($) was negative. Adding on, seasons after seasons the plans came and failed every season, it’s time to take up a real plan and go for it. Yes I might not be experience as others, but I am definitely wants it more than others and I am putting 101% effort in trying to gain each and every one of the Singaporeans vote with my speech and answering any loopholes in my plans. I’m ready for what is coming, what I am waiting for, is for me to be the NT manager so that my plans would not be put to waste.
The problems surfacing are probably due to teams that has the first few drafts(usually the talents
