Heyho Indonesia!

Iam GPoWeR from Hungary, and would like to be Indonesia's National Team Coach!

Why? Lets se!

Some words about me:

My name is David, and I live in Debrecen, which is the second biggest city in our small country. Iam 19 years old, and studying at university. My hobbies are basketball, handball, tennis etc. And of course BuzzerBeater

BB career:

Uhh thats a long story I was one of the first managers in Hungary. I played a lot of seasons in the first, and in the second league, reached the cup finals, have a lot of NT players, so Iam a very experienced manager

Indonesia:

A few days ago i bought an indonesian player (14985234), he was in the U21 NT, and since than iam very interested in your national team. I have a cousin (Pál), who have been to indonesia 2 times, and he said to me that is a really interesting, and a beautiful country.

National Team:

As i see, Indonesia has a good national team. BUT! I have a lot of ideas, to make it better! First: scouting. In Hungary, we are scouting are 18 years old players after the draft in every season. After that, we send a message to the owners, what to do with their players. The most important is, to not put him to the transfer list without asking us.

I would like to train the indonesian players in indonesia! This is your NT, thats the best wy to make it better!

So i would be the Number one scout, but I would need a few help. I would like to ask to some indonesian player to help me, to be a scout, writing interesting reports before, and after NT matches.

Lets do it together!


The other important thing is the multiskill. An NT needs multiskill players, in Hungary we train a lot of multis. I would like to do the same thin in Indonesia.

Perhaps i would be exciting on what you are writing here, but you need to take one note, which is ...the language matter, as most local managers here doesn't really understand English well. Previous manager were struggling about this.

Yeah i know this problem. But to have a foreign captain (a funny, energetic captain:) ), is the best way to improve your English Btw, as i see your language is really exiciting, now the translation is done, so i should learn your language a bit


And i made contact with Benny the U21 coach, i hope he will help me, if i will be the coach

Ηi in the community of Indonesia

Indonesia is a good team in BB,of course we scould take care for itSo I am candidate aboyt the elections for the NT coach.I play BB since season 8.I was in the III league of Greece(a community with 2400 users),but my economics are awful and i drop from the league because i had to sent of my players.AT SEASON 11 I WAS ELECTED AS LUBNAN NATIONAL TEAM COACH SO I HAD THE EXPERIENCE TO TAKE CONTROL OF THE TEAM (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/country/47/ntelection.aspx?el...)!!!.What i ve done there

-impove teams world ranking from 87 to 78 (with the higest player beeing at 45.000 salary and a community of the 7 users)

-Communicate every day with users so as to train the players(two of them listen me and we were creating lubnan stars :this (10977980) and this (9125710).


-I have done 7 wins in two seasons with not so good player(remeber the best player has only 45000 and the second 32)

Thats all on the past


Now if i will be the NT coach

--The fist goal is to create tha players of future!!!What I mean?We will look at drafts and U21 squad and we will comunicate and send them a schedule training.Of course we will try to improve and the current squad.It will be difficult but we will try again and again

--To reach firstly the first qualificiations ...and then we will see.We can do It.

--To improve the community in Indonesia
--At last we will try everyone to take care about the NT and beeing not only the NT better but also the managers in indonesia.
In my difficult job will help me (143967),LA thanos,and propably YOU.
