Thread ini saya buat untuk rekan2 BB sedang maupun ingin menjalani latihan pemain. Setelah membaca info ini, diharap rekan2 kita akan lebih faham mengenai faktor-faktor mana saja yang bakal mempercepat maupun memperlambat perkembangan skill seorang pemain.

SKILL

Tingkatan skill pemain dimulai dari Level 1 (Atrocious) s/d Level 20 (Legendary). Semakin tinggi skill-nya, semakin mahal Gaji Mingguan seorang pemain.

Level 1 - atrocious
Level 2 - pitiful
Level 3 - awful
Level 4 - inept
Level 5 - medioker
Level 6 - average
Level 7 - respectable
Level 8 - strong
Level 9 - proficient
Level 10 - prominent
Level 11 - prolific
Level 12 - sensational
Level 13 - tremendous
Level 14 - wondrous
Level 15 - marvelous
Level 16 - prodigious
Level 17 - stupendous
Level 18 - fenomenal
Level 19 - kolosal
Level 20 - legendary


Prediksi Gaji Mingguan bisa di cek menggunakan tools untuk menghitung gaji di :

hxxp://www.how8.com/bb/index.php.

Hanya saja, berdasarkan pengalaman saya, gaji yang bakal tertera di tools ini biasanya lebih tinggi kira2 2% daripada gaji aslinya.


POTENSIAL

Seperti yang telah disebutkan diatas, Skill Pemain, jika semakin tinggi dilatih, maka akan semakin mahal Gaji Mingguan seorang pemain. Dan Potensial ini merupakan penunjuk batas maksimum Gaji Mingguan yang akan dicapai pemain tersebut. Jikalau gaji telah menyentuh batas atas Potensial, otomatis perkembangan skill bakal MENTOK.

Gaji biasanya akan berubah saat waktu memasuki Musim baru.

Berikut ini jabaran kira-kira maksimum Gaji Mingguan dari setiap potensial :

Announcer = 7 ribu
Benchwarmer = 10 ribu
6th Man = 18 ribu.
Starter = 30 ribu
Star = Max. 40 ribu
Allstar = Max. 80 ribu
Perennial Allstar = 140 ribu
Superstar = 200 ribu
MVP = 300 ribu
Hall Of Famer = 500 ribu
All Time Great = 600 ribu


Dengan informasi diatas dan Tools kalkulasi gaji, bakal ketahuan gaji si pemain di musim depan, dan juga bakal ketahuan apakah Potensialnya telah 'mentok'.


USIA

Faktor yang paling berperan besar didalam latihan. Analoginya, pemain yang masih umur 18 alias "masih ijo", pasti lebih bersemangat berlatih ketimbang pemain yang sudah berusia 28an karena telah jenuh dan banyak asam-garam. Kesimpulannya, semakin tua seorang pemain, latihan skilllnya akan makin pelan. Faktor Potensial juga berpengaruh pada panjang-pendeknya umur latihan efektif seorang pemain.

Berikut ini perkiraan batasan umur yang mempengaruhi kecepatan berlatih.

Potensial Announcer - 6th Man : Biasanya mulai mentok pas umur 20.
Potensial Starter - Star : Mulai mentok di umur 22.
Potensial Allstar - Perennial Allstar : Mulai mentok di umur 24.
Potensial Superstar - MVP : Mulai mentok di umur 25.
Potensial HOF - ATG : Paling panjang umur efektifitas latihannya. Mulai mentok di umur 28.


INDEKS SKILL
Ini merupakan patokan yang cukup rumit. Berikut ini index skill berdasarkan posisi :

Hi Bro,

Tentu saja masih bisa. Coba saja latih JS (Jumpshot) dulu sampai akhir musim.
Kemudian di musim depan, latih Pressure sampai OD nya menyentuh 'Strong' , kemudian naikkin skill DV nya.

Selalu fokus untuk latih skill yang paling lemah dulu (rata2 dibawah Average) , supaya semua skill berimbang. Skill yang terlalu monoton, perkembangannya bakal tertahan, dan hasil latihan tidak sesuai dengan performa pemain di lapangan (Rating nya rendah).

Nanti akan saya coba ulas yang ini di postingan saya berikutnya.

Klo masih kurang paham, tanya saja lagi gpp. Disini banyak juga senior yg siap membantu

usul nich khusus panduan training kalo bisa di buat thread khusus dan di lock aja jadi bukan jadi ajang tanya jawab jadi para pemain pemula tidak kesulitan mencari threadnya sehingga akan menambah minat buat pemain2 pemula

minta tolong gm yang lebih atas untuk ngelock khan barangkali bisa ? jadi bisa kita buat panduan lengkap untuk newbie soalnya banyak mengalami kesulitan urusan training dan roster

Here for you a short training guide to improve your young players skills!

STAFF

Coach

It's required at least a level "advanced" coach for a good training. It's not necessary any training specialization.

POSITIONS AND MINUTES ON THE COURT

In order to have the best outcome from your young player, you have to train only one position (PG, SG, SF, PF or C) or at last two positions at time. You have never to train three position at time or the whole team, because the skills would improve very slower. Moreover, to reiceve the whole weekly training your guys has to play at least 48' in the trained position.

SHAPE

Players need to play between 48' and 75' per week to keep a good shape level. These minutes include the season games (on Saturday and Tuesday) and the Thursday game (National Cup or Friendly). If a player will be on the court for more than 75' you risk to have a shape fall.

MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS FOR EVERY POSITION

• Point Guard (PG)

Max Height: 198cm

Main skills: Jump Shot (JS), Outside Defense (OD), Passing (PA)

Secondary skills: Jump Range (JR), Driving (DR)

• Shooting Guard (SG)

Max Height: 198cm

Main skills: Jump Shot (JS), Outside Defense (OD), Jump Range (JR)

Secondary skills: Handling (HA), Driving (DR), Passing (PA)

• Power Forward (PF), Center (C)

Min Height: 201cm

Main skills: Inside Shot (IS), Inside Defense (ID), Rebounding (RB)

You have NEVER to train SHOT BLOCKING. It's a useless skill which also raises the salary very much.


The best training plan to grow up your young player is spending most of the training on the main skills and only some week on the secondary skills.

• Jump Shot for Guards and Wingmen

Main Skill Training: Jump Shot

THIS TYPE OF TRAING IS MORE SLOWER THAN JUMP SHOT FOR GUARDS OR WINGMEN DON'T USE THAT

I would like to try to make a guide about SF... I hope you'll not take offense. :)

First of all there are three kind of SF: perimetral, insider and balanced ones. This distinction is based on its offensive abilities.
Before we start a little precisation about height and starting skills is needed. To choose players to train as SF I think the most important thing is starting levels of skills that are primary for the kind of SF that you would like to train.
After that you should consider his height, I think beetwen 190cm and 201cm is a good height but it depends on what kind of SF you are gonna train,

Now, it's time to explain each kind of SF.


PERIMETRAL SFs

SKILLS: (in order of its importance)
- primary: JS, OD, ID, JR.
- secondary: DR, RB, PASS, IS.

HEIGHT: min 190cm - max 196-198cm.



INSIDER SFs

SKILLS: (in order of its importance)
- primary: JS, OD, ID, IS.
- secondary: DR, RB, JR, PASS.

HEIGHT: min 198cm - max 203cm.



BALANCED SFs

SKILLS: (in order of its importance)
- primary: JS/IS, OD/ID.
- secondary: DR/RB/JR, PASS.
("/" means that skills are at the same level, e.g.: JS/IS 12, OD/ID 11, DR/RB/JR 9, PASS 8)

HEIGHT: min 193cm - max 198cm




IMPORTANT: primary skills should be higher
