What you guys thinking about the potential new recruits announcing their Federation preferences and their reasons for wanting to be a part of that federation?
Just an idea, by no means for teams to try to sell themselves to Federations, just to get a rough idea would be nice.

I guess also it would be a place where current team's can ask for free agency and potential transfers. Say for eg. if a Calamari wants out and would like to join the Sharks, maybe we give up a draft pick to the Calamari's in exchange for that player.
