I'd train his OD up to prolific, then handling/driving to strong. Then you should mix in passing. If you want him to be a PG you should train passing up to proficient. If you want him to be a SG train his JS to prominent and passing only up to respectable.

I would train OD to Prolific, then train One-on-One after that. I it will help Handling/Driving/Passing and Jump Shot.
