Well, it is hard to argue against Granger as #1 SG since he leads the league in scoring average.
Brier is a new addition, but he has made an impact. The team went on a six game win streak with his help. He put up 60 against GS with a weak supporting cast (only lost by 7 despite out rebounded by 40!). He is averaging 29 pts per game in the 7 league games, which puts him #2 slightly ahead of Wallis also with more assists.
Other than Trickle, pretty much the Big 8 dominates the guard positions. For the inside, Great 8 has the clear advantage.
It should be a good game.
The 3 pt contest should be interesting. Brier should compete well after finally getting into solid game shape.
